Two weeks with the piece. If it is not right, we collect it and refund you.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products should be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories and other included components.
Opened personal-care products, perishable goods, personalized items, digital products, software licenses and redeemed gift cards may not be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Return requests should include the order details and reason for return. Requests are reviewed against the applicable eligibility requirements before return instructions or collection arrangements are provided.
Approved returns may be collected by a designated delivery provider or returned according to the instructions provided. Please package items securely to help prevent damage during transportation.
Returned products may be inspected after receipt. Items showing signs of use, missing components, unauthorized modifications or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund process will begin. Refund arrangements for Cash on Delivery orders will follow the applicable refund procedure.
Refund processing may take several business days after return approval. Actual timing can vary depending on inspection, return logistics and the information required to complete the refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please report the issue promptly and provide supporting photographs when requested. Eligible cases may qualify for replacement or refund.
Where an eligible replacement is approved, it will depend on product availability. If the same product cannot be provided, an appropriate alternative resolution may be offered.
When a return is approved because an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, return shipping arrangements may be provided without additional cost.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within the 14-day period when the product is eligible, unused and returned in the required original condition.
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of a Cash on Delivery order may result in cancellation. Future orders may require additional verification before being accepted.
